[CVRC] July DCART meeting

Greetings,

July's DCART meeting will be held Monday 21 at the Sierra Front Dispatch
Center at 1830 hours. This meeting, we will be setting up an outside
field station. This should be a learning experience for all of us on how
to quickly set up our equipment anywhere that the situation demands.

We invite you to bring your own ideas and setups, or just come and see
what others have come up with.
