[CVRC] RAMS January meeting agenda

To all,
     Here is the agenda for the January 2003 meeting of RAMS. The meeting
will be Saturday, January 25th at 4 PM. Location is the Dennys in
Sparks.
     The three big topics for tomorrow's meeting will be membership
renewals, upcoming officer elections and planning the hamfest.
     We will be approving a mailing for membership renewal at the
meeting. This same mailing will include the ballot for elections. No
constitutional amendments are being considered at this time.
     Do you want to be an officer in RAMS? You will have your chance at
the meeting. We will be nominating a slate of officers to run for
election. The election results will be announced in February, and the
new officers take over in March.
     Last, but certainly not least, we have the use of the Salvation Army
parking lot for the spring hamswap. We need to start planning this now,
so bring your creative ideas!
