[CVRC] Saturday ARES Net Moving (Follow-up #2)

Several people have commented that 7280 kHz would be a more appropriate 
alternate frequency for the Saturday morning ARES net.  After reviewing the 
Nevada Section Communications Plan 
<http://www.cvrc.net/ares/plan/2002plan.htm>, a corrected announcement is 
below:

Starting this coming Saturday, May 3, the Saturday morning ARES net on 3965 
kHz at 0830 local time will be moving to 7280.0 kHz (+/- QRM) for the Summer.
