This Sunday evening at 0000 UTC is the beginning of the Tulsa Health
Department Amateur Radio Club's "World Health Day 2003" Special Event. We
are teaming up with the Oklahoma Section of the ARRL for this event, and
have enlisted the Oklahoma Section Manager, John Thomason, WB5SYT, two
former Oklahoma Section Managers, Charlie Calhoun, K5TTT and Dave Cox,
NB5N, the 5-Land QSL Buro Manager, Jerry Couhinard, K5YAA, and other ARRL
officials, as our VIP operators.

We will be operating K5THD from 0000Z to 2359Z, April 7. The frequencies
are 28.365, 21.365, 14.265, 7.265, and 14.070 (PSK31). Some operating is
planned for the CW portion of the bands also. A certificate will be
available for all who QSL. SASEs are appreciated.

Thanks again, in advance, for your assistance in helping to make this
special event a success. We'll be listening for you.
