Winter Weather Advisory
450 am PST Fri Apr 4 2003

...Snow Advisory through this afternoon...
snow is expected to develop this morning before tapering off by
midday. Snow showers will redevelop this afternoon with locally
heavy snow possible at times. Snowfall accumulations of 1 to 3
inches are expected with 4 or more inches possible in a few
locations. Travel could become hazardous with snowfall amounts and
visibilities likely to vary across short distances...especially
during the afternoon.
