Registration opens Monday, September 23, 4 PM Eastern Daylight Time (2000

This class is reserved for up to 200 students who now hold an official ARRL

of Level I emergency communications training under the CNCS grant program

Upon successfully completing the training and certification, students will
be reimbursed the $45 fee.
