[CVRC] Morse Code on the internet.

While in Dayton Sat. Sept 28, 2002 a Tech. asked me if there was a way
he would beable to study for his Code Test.  He has no computer, but does
have Web-TV.  

Maybe somone in the group that has Web-TV can check to see if this URL
will work.  KO6YQ is a friend of mine from Chico State and he would love
