[CVRC] DCART training

This Monday night November 18th will be the monthly training session for 
the Douglas County Amateur Radio Team.  It will be held at the Sierra Front 
Training room at 1830 local time.  See

Dale Anderson KV7S will be giving a de-briefing on the recent Simulated 
Emergency Test and Bob Evans N6YMA will give a presentation on formal 
message traffic.  We will also be discussing the possible presentation of a 
local ARRL Emergency Communications Level I training class.  Please be 
there to give your input on how you would like to see such a class organized.

DCART is recognized by Douglas County as their primary source for ARES, 
RACES and all other amateur radio support.
