[CVRC] Van de Graff Generator.

I am looking for someone who has or has access to a Van de Graff generator.
I have an ESD idea I'd like to play with and need access to a high voltage
static source for five to ten minutes to see if I am working along the right
lines.  Hobbyist?  Science Teacher?  Physicist?  Evil Veterinarian breeding
ill tempered Sea Bass? Anyone...?
