[CVRC] FD 2002 update

Hi gang!

As we stand right now we have enough equipment to set up at least three (3) 
stations.  We only have enough responses from operators to effectively run 
one (1) station.  If all you want to do is operate and have fun send me a 
message so I can make sure we have a clue on many stations we need to set 
up.  It doesn't matter if you are only going to be there for 1/2 hour or 24 
hours, just let me know.
