[CVRC] Douglas county regulations?

Hello all! I'm contemplating erecting a pushup mast in the back yard of my
new abode in Ruhenstroth. This is not meant to be a permanent structure,
just something to hang a few dipoles from. Fortunately, I found a place with
no CC&Rs. Now I need to know about the count's rules and regs that might
affect what I want to do. I'd like to install a 50', guyed pushup, if
possible. Can someone direct me to the right set of information, or provide
hints on what to do to avoid problems with the county?
