[CVRC] Feb. 27 Communications Exercise

A reminder to all that NNARS' first communications exercise for 2002 will
be held on Wednesday, February 27.  The exercise will commence at
approximately 1800 hours and is planned to run no more than 2 hours.  A
resume including all details of the scenario is now available on the NNARS

This exercise will provide all with valuable practice in handling message
traffic in a directed net format and maintaining logs.  The scenario is
designed so that operators can participate from their homes.  We will be
joined by our neighboring ARES groups, DCART and LCARES.  All NNARS members
available on the evening of the 27th are requested to participate in this
drill.
