[CVRC] Certificates of Appreciation

I want to thank everyone who attended today's CVRC meeting.  It was great 
seeing everyone again!

In addition to the regular club business, four Certificates of Appreciation 
were announced for three individuals and one organization who have been of 
extraordinary assistance to the club over the past year and in one case, 
for over five years.  Certificates of Appreciation went to:

Kurt Andress K7NV for co-producing the 2001 DXing and Contesting programs
Tom Taormina K5RC for co-producing the 2001 DXing and Contesting programs
Richard Foreman KK7SL for his video assistance and PSK31 presentations
Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch Center for their long-term support

These certificates will be delivered over the next week.  Thanks to their 
recipients and everyone for their tremendous support.
