High Wind Advisory
900 PM PST Mon Dec 30 2002

...High Wind Warning through 6 am Tuesday morning...

South to southwest winds of 15 to 30 mph will increase to 20 to 40
mph...with gusts over 60 mph after midnight.  Wind gusts over
mountain ridges in the Sierra will exceed 80 mph later tonight
through early tomorrow morning.

Residents should protect property from the possible high winds and
secure loose objects. The strong winds will cause hazardous driving
conditions...especially for high profile vehicles.
