...Strong winds and heavy snow expected again late in the week...
Another winter storm is expected to reach the west coast Thursday
night and Friday. Strong south winds are expected to develop ahead
of the cold front Friday over eastern California and western Nevada.
Snow levels are expected to initially be high with rain possible
above lake level on Friday. By Friday night...snow levels will drop
quickly to most valley floors. Heavy snowfall will be possible in
the higher elevations of the Sierra Friday and across the Lake Tahoe
basin and higher valleys of Mono County Friday night and Saturday
morning.
