dick, this is kathryn from the 911 center, i don't know how you handle this
but my best friend wanted me to get ahold of the ham radio community and
advise them that  call sign  "N7NIZ"  has gone silent.  Jesse Hogue from TRE
passed away on Sunday August 18, unknown exactly who he knew or talked to
but she wanted the radio community to know and also to know for years he
enjoyed the ham radio community,  thank you
