[CVRC] RNO Node

As of late this morning, the Reno packet node "RNO" is back up and
running once again on 145.050.  If you are running packet and can
connect, please run a test of the node by digipeating through that node
with myself (NN7B-1) or other stations so we can test the system
coverage and you can evaluate your connection.

A very big thanks goes out to Jim Newell, K7JN, for having made another
trip up to Ophir Hill today to check out the equipment and get it back on
the air once again.
