[CVCC] New group email list

Hi,

I have created a new group with Groups.io for us and submitted for approval.
The base plan is free.  If and when it gets approved I will send out
instructions on how to join.   The free plan does not allow the owner to add
members, so it will up to each of you to sign up if you wish to continue to
receive CVCC emails. I currently have it set up that the group name will
show in the groups.io directory, but membership is restricted and all
messages will be private. They say approvals are generally approved by the
next day.
