All,

 

At a new web page http://contests.arrl.org/clubcompdetails.php  we have
posted the 2019 ARRL RTTY Roundup Contest club eligibility data for review.

 

Data is sorted by Club Name, then by Member Call Sign. If there are
additional call signs to the right of a group call, these members operated
at a station participating as a guest operator or multioperator entry
crediting the group.  Multioperator entries are subject to the rule
requiring 50% club membership.  

 

The residence requirement (mileage or section) is shown for each club. 
Residence information is shown for each member, if provided.  

 

A minimum of 3 logs per club are required to compete.

 

Please review the data and have your members bring any questions to you or
your responsible club official or secretary.  If a club competition
participant was ineligible, or outside of club territory, the information is
not included.

 

Upon your completed review, club secretaries or responsible officials may
contact the ARRL Contest Branch to discuss any adjustments to their club’s
summary results.

 

Challenges to scores submitted by a club must be made in writing by
contacting the ARRL Contest Branch via email with any concerns.

 

Please submit all responses/questions by 0400 UTC, Monday February 11, 2019
- via email to contests at arrl.org

 

This email is being sent to the filer’s email address for all Contest Clubs
who have an Eligibility Lists on file. 

 

To be eligible for Club Competition, clubs must have had an Eligibility List
on file at http://contest-clubs.arrl.org/viewlists.php prior to the
beginning of the contest they intend to participate in.
