This is great news!  We are well ahead of schedule on rebuilding my fallen 
160 tower so it looks likely that Puck and Sejo will be able to run a 
multi-single entry in the December ARRL 160 contest.  Tnx to K3WRY for 
referring me to a tower company willing to restore the one fallen tower I 
had on my 160 array.  Cleanup and salvage is already done and we are ready 
to rebuild the tower which should be done within the next week.   Puck and 
Sejo greatly aided in the phase one of the tower restoration of the fallen 
tower>  Thanks guys!

As Bob W4DR said in his message, Sejo and I will do a multi-single in the 160 test from W4DR.  I need to go there Friday night and Sejo will do Saturday night.

Hopefully you (Milt) and I can assist Jonathan in a multi-single at his QTH but you would need to do Friday night and I would do Saturday. Would this be OK with you?

As far as call signs I think that should be up to W4DR and W4HZ to decide!

Also we need some support from others in the club - KG4W, WU4G, maybe even Sejo and K4OSO on the nights they are not at their Multi-single operation AND anyone else who can do CW.  You don't need to do a max effort.  Do what you can when you can! We need to win this one for the Dude!  W4MYA will indeed be running 'em in 160 contest again!

I sold the rig for $775.  After deductions for packing and shipping costs 
and the cost of the manual I bought we should net a bit under $700. Payment

I operated in the Stew Perry 160m event last night. ?
As :W4PM - 111 contacts ?? 317 pointsW4MYA - 66 contacts ? 197 points
Both single op low power.
I had to try out our new CVCC club call and get W4MYA back on the air again.
I can hardly wait to use W4MYA in the 160 contest with better antenna and MORE power!

minor changes.  I invite you to browse and make suggestions.  I you have
anything to add to the site, please send to me and I'll do my best to figure
out how to include.  I'm toying with adding a page to honor and highlight
some of MYA's contesting accomplishments; maybe even major scores.  I have
the presentation from the memorial event and I will see what I can glean
from that.

Hi Scott,

Certainly this is up to you if you would like to share with the NCJ
community, but we wanted to share with the contesting world that the Central
Virginia Contest Club (CVCC) has obtained the club call of W4MYA to honor
our long time member, friend, and contestor extraordinaire - Bob Morris,
who, as you may know, became a SK in August.  We hope to continue his legacy
of "Run 'em Dude".   Bob and his station was instrumental in CVCC's Local
Club category successes for many years.  His contribution to contesting will
be sorely missed.

Bruce called me today with the news that Roy had passed away this morning.? Roy was a long time valued member of CVCC.He was quite active in RATS and was the voice of the Frost Fest for many years.? The ham community certainly will miss him.
