[CVCC] Heil Headset?

It has been several years but if I remember correctly the ear cushion is 
actually installed on a plastic ring. Pull/pry the plastic ring and ear 
cushion off together. Mine came off easy. Remove the thin foam cushion 
then the phillips head screws. Hopefully they can be tighten or broken 
part replaced from this point. Oh super glue can be your friend :)
