Here is a comparison of our score to the highest MO HP I've seen posted on 3830.

call Q's sec dx mult hrs score club
W2GD 1,669 81 62 143 32 634,349 FRC
W4MYA 1,164 ? ? 128 ? 384,768 CVCC

No other scores even close to these two

I need fills for the ? above - sections, DX, and hours.

W2GD is a professional tower and antenna installer.

info from W2GD:

K3 x 3, OM2000HF Win-Test Software
2 ele vertical yagi @ 240' with NE and SW selection, Inverted L
Beverages NE, E, S, SW, W, NW + Low Dipole

ARRL 160 is always a low key effort for our 160 team...it's our shake-down
cruise after re-installing the two ele TX antenna on the FM broadcast tower out
in the salt marsh. Being the weekend after CQWW CW poses some staffing
challenges.

Discovered some issues with corrosion in the 7/8 inch hardline connectors, most
likely the result of feed lines being under salt water during Hurricane Sandy
two years ago. After some spraying and scraping it was straightened out.

We added a new low dipole RX antenna. This seemed to help overall, especially
during daylight operation (why doesn't the ARRL implement a M/S time limit like
the CQ160 event....so this meaningless daytime operation can be eliminated).

Conditions to EU were marginal the first night with heavy QSB but somewhat
better night two. Propagation to W6/W7 was better than most years. Worked two
VKs but no KL7, ZL or VK heard at this QTH.

Thanks to everyone who called and to our hosts at WYRS-FM.

Oh yes his team consisted of 7 operators.

I think we did vevy well indeed!
