We are 2 1/2 weeks away from airing our second and final week as W1AW/4 for
the 2014 ARRL Centennial QSO Party.  Kick-off of Virginia-W1AW/4 will be
0000:01 Wednesday, October 8, ZULU, GMT, UTC -- ((which is 8pm local time
Tuesday, October 7))....

If you haven't already signed up for one or several 2-hour Ops Slots,
please go to the URLs above and do so at your earliest convenience.  Our
new scheduling database will allow YOU to SELF-SCHEDULE your Ops Slots *at
your discretion and at any time* beginning now through the end of our week
on 14 October.  The beauty of this scheduling database is that every Op can
reserve slots, un-reserve slots and/or change slots as propagation and your
schedule dictates, and every Op can see in real time who is operating when
and where by time/date/band/mode.   It's a simple process to ensure each
operator is operating exactly per what has been reserved so all others will
be aware and can plan accordingly....

The Virginia W1AW/4 Operating Guidelines will be forthcoming circa 01
October.  FYI, I have received written authorization from ARRL for each of
us to use the W1AW callsign during Virginia's 8-14 October week.  Thanks,
