On one of the message boards that I belong (Club Log), a thread was started about converting
paper logs to ADIF files that can be then loaded into logging programs etc.

Early into this thread, it became apparant (sp) that the program of choice for a project like this
was the one below.

http://www.df3cb.com/fle/

Once you access this site, you can click on "click here" for instructions on how the input is
accomplished. Basically, you make a one time entry of a "date, band & mode" & then you
just enter the calls worked on that date, band & mode. Anyway, I thought that some people
may not be aware of this and may have a use for the program. I still have a bunch of paper
logs and contest logs that I may "dust off" and enter into DF3CB's program.

Anouther program mentioned in this thread is the one listed below by G4LMW

"If you want to use Excel then you can always use a file that I created that will convert Excel to ADIF
(ADIF is the standard interchange format for all logging programs)."

Give me a shout if you have any questions. Rob, G4LMW

Since I don't know Excel, I won't be using this one. Shoot, wouldn't make much sense to put
paper logs into Excel & then convert to ADIF ?, but then inputting into Excel may be as
simple as the 1st program ?
