[CVCC] CVCC Spring Picnic

At the meeting last night we picked May 12, 2012 as the date for the picnic.  It will be held on the James River beginning at 3:00PM at the QTH of James Frame, AC's cousin. As usual the club will furnish burgers, dogs, buns, and condiments. Members must bring their own beverages and are asked to bring a side dish to share with the members. To make sure we have a variety of dishes please let us know what you would like to bring.
Also, members should bring a beach chair or equivalent. Bob, NK4H, has volunteered to head up the planning and preparations for the picnic so if you plan on attending please let him know. His e-mail is raladd1 at verizon.net.
