This is the final tally. That's 8 logs! Let me know if there any corrections especially in the operators at the multi stations. Thanks to all for your participation. We had 15 members participating PLUS the 4 others who were at locations outside of our club circle. That's very good considering the size of our club. Maybe we are still a contest club!

With the much better propagation I expect higher numbers from local clubs this year. We'll just have to wait and see how it shakes out. Even if we don't win a gavel this was a excellent effort on our part.

Station	Class QSO's	Mult's	Points	OPs
W4HZ	M/S 1325	411	1,630,026	W4HZ, KJ4IPF, W4PM, KJ4IT, W8VZM, WU4G
K4WNW	M/S 989	354	1,050,318	K4WNW, WD4LBR, N3UA, K4OSO, NK4H
KG4W	SOHP (a)	721	333	719,280
N4DWK	SOHP (a)	586	303	532,674
WS4WW	SOHP (a)	?	?	473,244
W4PM	SOHP (a)	265	166	131,970
N3UA	SOHP (a)	286	153	131,274
W4HJ	SOHP (a)	100	83	24,900

				        ---------
		approx total 4,693,686

In addition Paul had the following:
W4PFM	SOHP (a)	524	256	401,664

Too bad we can't use Paul's score because he is outside the circle but his score will be a nice addition to the PVRC club score.

AND

The guys at TI5N has 11,159,568 points with 11,071 QSO's
The operators there were WA4PGM, WK4Y, W4DR, N4LSP, N4KFT, WV4Y and KD4ZDQ so this was a joint effort by members of CVCC and DDXG. We'd like to invite the DDXG members to participate with us in any future contests for which they are not entering with DDXG or operating at some exotic DX location!

The VAQP is this coming weekend 1800Z, Mar 19 to 0100Z, Mar 21 and we need your support.
The following stations need manning:
W4MYA - Multi-Multi
W4HZ - Multi-single
W1ZA - Multi-single

Get on from home as well as operate from one of these stations! We need all the points we can get as I know the other clubs are gunning for the top club score this year. DDXG members, we could use your help at one of the multi-op stations. The VAQP is not as fast and furious as a DX contest from exotic climes but can be a lot fun.

Sheila - please sent an invitation to DDXG members who might like to operate for CVCC at one of the multi-stations. Maybe you and Bruce might like to host some folks there too????

73,
Puck W4PM
