[CVCC] Preliminary FD Infomation

This is some prelimiminary information from the sign in log and my memory.  Please check it out and advise me of any corrections and/or additions.

I thought this was an outstanding effort by Jerry our FD chairman and all of the CVCC members who participated.
I won't name names for fear of leaving out important contributions by our members, but please know that all your efforts made this what I think was one of our better Field Days' ever. 
    
I see Bob has the logs and it appears our results this year will be very similiar to last year when we had 2,666 Q's and 8,978 points total.  This year we surely had more pleasant weather.  Saturday we had a bunch of visitors and I wish I had taken more time to greet them all but I think Jerry and other members did a great job of doing this.

I would appreciate any comments from participants which you should send to Jerry and I. He or I or both of us can use them to write up a nice summary of CVCC FD 2011 for the next news letter. Also send any pictures you may have taken to me.  I'll try to put them together in a few nice collages for the News letter.  Also send them to Kyle for posting on the web page.

For those who don't know, I has a bit of a mishap when I left the park.  While backing up I hit that flag pole next to the shelter and down it went.  I called the county this morning and told them about it and to send the bill for repair to me.  I think our insurance will cover the cost but if not I'll take care of it.  It sure was a heck of a way to end a very enjoyable weekend and Field Day!
