Hello All,



Field Day is June 25 - 26, 2011 this year.  We will be holding it at the 
same location as last year near Innsbrook.  This year the Operating Schedule 
can be found and the club website http://www.c-v-c-c.us/  under FIELD DAY. 
Please review it and select times you would like to operate.  Please e-mail 
your selections Ronnie Bolton wu4g at comcast.net who will confirm your 
selection and re-post the updated schedule . We plan on meeting for an on 
your own breakfast at the Cracker Barrel at Mayland Dr. and Gaskins Rd. at 8 
a.m.  After this we will move to the Field Day site and begin set up so we 
may begin ops at 2 p.m.  Help is needed for set-up, operating and take-down.



Bob Ladd will be assisted by A.C. Frame for the Saturday meal preparation 
consisting of hamburgers and hotdogs.  The plan is to begin serving between 
5 - 5:30 p.m.  Bob would like to know if attendees could bring a side dish 
of some type.  Please let Bob or A.C. know your intentions at 
raladd1 at verizon.net or W4HJ at verizon.net.



Also it would be appreciated it all recipients would respond to this e-mail 
and let the Field Day Committee know if you will be attending or not 
attending and your wishes as far as operating.  All help will be gratefully 
appreciated.  We will look forward to seeing you.
