[CVCC] Frostfest Update

Hello All!
Frostfest is getting closer. The display is nearing completion. My plan is
to bring the display board to the meeting. I have found some audio and video
but not from CVCC. If you have some please let me know. I have received a
number of emails regarding display items. If you wouldn't mind, please bring
what you can to the meeting. That way I will have them together for Saturday
morning. If you wish to hold on to them or cant make the meeting just bring
them to Frostfest with you. I plan to have some handout info at the table
and also a info sign up list, so we can do follow up contacts. Being that
the table was donated to us for club promotion, we can't sell items. Below
is the table schedule as it stands today. I know that life interrupts
hobbies but if you can please let me know when you can take a shift or two.
If you don't know when you can, just let me know and I will put you on the
list for later. I look forward to seeing you all at the meeting and/or
Frostfest.
