I am a member of the DDXG and until recently I was on the CVCC mailing list,(including receiving Ron Bowman's email tonight, although I am not currently a member.  I was quite serious about the question and do not believe it was inappropriate.  I detect the possibility that an amateur operator may be interfering with broadcast television, I'd like an to know why the request is rejected.
