[CVCC] 12 meters open

For those of us who have worked very little on 12 meters now is the time to give the band a go.
It has been opening up nicely lately.  Europe was coming in earlier but I missed that.
Now it's open to SA and the Carribean.  I did get a ZS station though.  Of the 4 QSO's today
all were new band entities.  Since I only had worked 64 contries on this band before about
everything I hear is new.
