Good Evening to you all,
 
It is with great sadness that I must come to you again with news of the
passing of our beloved friend and Old Dominion QCWA Chapter President Fred
Fraley. Fred’s wife Mary Ellen sent word that Fred passed very peacefully
shortly after 5:00 PM today, Monday October 27, 2009 in the Hearthside
Hospice Unit at Westminster – Canterbury Retirement Community in Lynchburg.
Arrangements are of course incomplete at this time, but I will e-mail you an
update as soon as information is available.
