Dear CVCC,

I have agreed to take over writing this report at Bob's, W4DR, request. Bob will continue to submit his "Random Skip" column for the newsletter each month. 

A big thanks to W4DR for his outstanding effort in putting forth "DX de DR" for many years. It has been a great privilege to have Bob, The World's Greatest DX'er, provide us with his monthly DX observations. Thank you, Bob!
