Rig:Ten Tec Omni VII, Ameritron ALS-600 - 500 Watts
Antenna: 176' center fed up 60 ft.
This is first time I really tried to stick it out for the full time, or at
least as close as possible before I crashed and burned. It turned out to be my
best effort ever.  Certainly I'm not competitive with the REAL contest
operators but I was trying to get as many points for the club as I could.  I
had hoped for a sweep but this was not to be.  I saw VY1EI spotted on 15 and 20
meters but I could never hear him.  Oh well, missing only one section isn't half
bad.  See you next year in this one.  You may hear me in a limited effort in the
SS SSB event.  I promised I would help with points for the club but I really
dislike SSB contests!
