As we did not have a plan to meet officially before December 22nd, I
forwarded your e-mail asking CVCC members to vote electronically sending an
e-mail.
Ten CVCC members responded all voting in favor  of the slate presented in
your e-mail.

Subject: PVRC Election Guidance


  Chapter leaders - our election procedures have changed since last year due
to a revision in the by-laws.  It reflects the decentralization of the club.
In years past the vote was take at the Central holiday dinner.  Now it is
being pushed out to the chapters.  Below you will find the slate of officers
and trustees for 2009.  Please canvass a majority of your members and vote
for or against the slate.  You can do this at a chapter meeting, via e-mail,
phone, or whatever means you determine is appropriate.  I don't need a list
of members who voted or even how many votes were cast, just let me know the
results (i.e. Central chapter voted in favor of the slate).  I need your
results by December 22.  Holler if you have any questions.
