Larry,

I don't have numbers but I can tell you the fest is held in the gymnasium at
Virginia Wesleyan College and depending on demand the club tables are out in
the very wide hallway. I think there are about 130 tables plus outside
tailgating. Saturday is the big day 9 - 5 and Sunday is slower from 10 - 3.
There will be hourly prizes plus a big prize (Transceiver) a medium prize
(mobile radio) and a handheld prize for one of the advance ticket holders.
Talk-in 146.97 -600 no PL.


There will be a banquet Saturday night with a seating capacity of 60 with
prizes. There is a $5 fee to hold a seat and the money goes to the prizes.
Food ordering is off the menu at Frankie's Ribs.

Below is the information I have available to me at this time and there are a
lot of last minute people wanting tables. Tables $25 both days and tailgate
$15 a space. There are still tables available.

Our website has not been updated as it should be and I am sorry about that.
If you and your XYL can come we would appreciate your support.
