[CVCC] 1976 Bicentennial special prefixes

Here's the complete list.  I guess I was AD4ZRX during that year!  Of course, the use of the special prefix was voluntary and could be used as much or as little as you desired during 1976.  I doubt if I used it all that much!
I think I got N4ND during the latter part of that year and I don't see a special prefix to be used in place of the "N".
