[CVCC] VA QSO Party 1x1 calls

I noticed while operating the Oklahoma QSO Party that they are using a
variety of 1X1 callsigns that spells OKLAHOMA. If anyone is interested in
doing the same for VIRGINIA QSO Party it's very easy to request a call of
your choice.
