ARRL.net is having some kind of problem again.  We are not able to deliver
the vast majority of mail to members of our lists using arrl forwarding
addresses for at least 2 days.  At last count, there were over 6 thousand
msgs waiting in our queue.  

You might want to use another service if you have a choice.
