Subject: [PVRC] W4RM - ARRL DX CW - Ops Needed!

Hello from W4RM,

My name is Jack W4NF and Bill W4RM is my brother. Over the past few years
Bill, with assistance from a number of good friends, has assembled a World
Class Multi Two Contest Station. We have placed in the Top Ten in a number
of the recent DX Contest and we will continue our winning ways this February
during the ARRL DX CW Contest. We are in need of several CW operators to
help us compete this year. There are operating shifts open for the European
run on both Saturday and Sunday morning/afternoon. You need to be able to
handle run rate speeds on 20 or 15 meters to EU during the daily opening.
There are also shifts available for night time operating on either 40 or 80
Meters. You need good ears for these shifts but you will be amazed at what
you can work.

The station consists of FT 1000MPs (3), Alpha linears (3) Alpha 99s and a
Alpha 374A, 3 stack of Force 12 C31XRs (105', 72', 40'), 3 element 40 meter
beam (112'), a rotatable dipole on 80 Meters at 120' and an Inverted L on
160 that just netted 51 countries during last weeks CQWW 160 CW contest.
For RX we have 580' phased beverages towards EU, a 580' Western beverage, a
580' SE beverage and phased 300' 40 Meter RX beverages towards EU. We also
have a Force 12 C3E at 50' towards the SE for quick pick ups of Caribbean
mults. We also utilize vertical dipoles on 20/15/10 that can be used in
band with the run stations to pick up new Qs. Any one of the 3 stations (2
run stations and 1 mult station) can sel ect any antenna not currently in
use by another station. This unique switching arrangement using a FPGA
switching assembly will be published soon in NCJ. Try it out before you
read about it.

We have sleeping quarters available also if needed and we really have fun.

Please contact me, Jack W4NF, as soon as possible to discuss operating
during this contest and becoming part of the W4RM Team (Team Radio Man).
