[CVCC] CVCC - 70's 80's de W4PM

I started compiling the email about the "Early Years of CVCC" and now have a
web pape online in hopes that it'll help you fill in the gaps and bring back
more memories to include. Not being familiar with these years of CVCC I
might have typed some of the fills wrong so look them over. To help me
please be specific of any changes as it save me a lot of reading. Really
