Hello Guys and Gals,

Lee and I are trying to organize and schedule operators for Field Day.  We will develop a schedule that fits the equipment / station layout that Ralph is pulling together while giving everyone a shot at operating.  If you have never operated in a contest before, this will be a great opportunity to learn from some of the best.  We will try to slot some of the inexperienced contest operators in with someone who has experience and can coach.  Ralph says that the following are committed to operating:

Everyone, even those already committed to operating, please email back to me with a brief statement as to your operating preference, CW or phone, and a brief self analysis of your contesting experience and skills.  For example I rate myself as contest phone only with an experience level of 9 and a skill level of 7.   Scale of 0 to 10.  Don't be timid.

I suspect that our new Prez, the honorable HZ, would welcome candidates from outside the club to join us and get some op time as part of his new member recruiting program.  So Prez, what do you think of taking on the job of developing a list of candidates?
