[CVCC] CVCC Picnic 2007

Greetings,

I guess I will be the point person for the 2007 picnic. If someone else
wants to volunteer, let me know quick!

First off we have a date conflict..

May 12 is the Mid Atlantic QSO Party
May 19 is one of the dates for the Dayton Hamfest
May 26 is a holiday weekend and WPX CW.
How many folks are planning on attending Dayton?
If none, the date will be the 19th.
If a bunch are planning on going, we need to move the
date to a June weekend. 
Contest dates I see in June are:
ARRL June VHF QSO Party starts 9 June
Field Day starts 23 June 

The picnic will be held at W4HJ's cousin's home off of Rt. 711
where James has graciously allowed us to use again. I do need to 
re-confirm the date since I already told AC we wanted the 19th.

Directions will come out later.
The club will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, mustard 
and Catsup as in the past.
Maybe someone will bring other condiments?
Bring your own drink(s) and chairs

The rest of the "mass quantities" will be whatever you want to
bring. We have been treated to some GREAT mass quanties in
the past!

I need a list of the number of folks in your party. 
If you wish to provide me with what you will bring, I will put
out the menu.
