Dear PVRC Member --

PVRC is pleased to announce the New Hot Operator Awards Program.  This
awards program is IN ADDITION to our existing 5M program and provides a
chance for everyone to compete in different classes of competition.

There are new awards to challenge you to improve your scores, and other
awards that are dependent only on activity!

The awards and competition are yearly - and the "clock" resets itself every
year so folks can start the competition fresh each year.

Then, if you would, please help us out by taking a couple of minutes to 
complete the survey at
http://pvrc.org/%5Caward_poll.htm . This survey will run for 7 days, and the 
results will be used for
feedback and final adjustments to the new Hot Operator awards program.
