Lemon Grilled Grouper with sun dried tomatoes & artichoke topping

Honey Lime Salmon  basted and glazed while grilling

Smothered Chicken grilled chicken with mounds of mushrooms & jack cheese

Hawaiian Chicken with a mango marinade, swiss cheese & grilled pineapple

Chicken Cordon Bleu grilled chicken breast topped with ham & melted cheese

Grilled Chicken & Portabella Stack grilled chicken layered between
portabellas with Topeka’s mashers & a rich burgundy demi-glaze

Fannie’s Sirloin hand cut sirloin grilled and fanned over Topeka’s mashers
and served with a spinach and onion sauté, topped with a balsamic reduction
sauce

Baby, Oh Baby Back Ribs  a half rack of our slow smoked, mid-western baby
back ribs, grilled and basted with our savory sauce

Aged USDA choice beef hand cut on premises and grilled with butter and our
special seasoning blend!

 

Black n’ Bleu Caesar Sirloin blackened sirloin with grape tomatoe, bleu
cheese crumbles, & fried onion rings

Non alcoholic beverages are included with meal and they include ice tea,
