Dear PVRC Club Members;



As we get into the center of the busy contest season, I was reminded that it
is EXTREMELY important to make absolutely sure

1) that you submit your scores to the contest sponsor, and 2) you mark your
club affiliation as:



POTOMAC VALLEY RADIO CLUB



Any abbrievations may be considered ambiguous and remove your log from our
total.  Also - another common mistake is that some of us

Forget to make our club affiliation at all.



If you find that you have made either mistake, please re-submit your log
with the correct club affliation.  The contest robots are capable of
automatically

Re-doing your log..up until the sponsor deadline.   (Thanks Bob, W8ZA for
these important reminders!)
