  I'm sure some of you have heard by now that Bill K4XS is selling his
Florida QTH and moving to KH6.  If anyone has thoughts of moving south, this
is a great opportunity.  Bill does very well in DX contests and even better
in contests with a domestic element becasue of the location.  He would like
