VU7 pileups not enough of a challenge for you???



The Carroll  County Contesters (WY3P) have finally figured out how to
experience the thrill of being RARE DX, generate HUGE pileups, and learn how
to manage irate DXers without leaving the comfort of our own homes.

Yes, that's right, we will be signing with the vanity calls K3C to celebrate
Christmas THIS weekend, and K3N to celebrate New Year's weekend.

Activity will be sporadic, loosely organized and randomly distributed
between this Friday and Next Monday as K3C.  Rumor has it that WX3B will be
active on the active on SSB and CW, W3ADC will be doing a digital mode,
And N3VOP will also be focusing on the digital modes.  Other Carroll County
Contesters may be drafted into this activity at any time.

We plan to have a nice holiday QSL card for those interested.  All QSL
request go to Mike, N3VOP at his qrz.com address.  Direct cards require SASE
and postage.  Bureau cards will be answered after most of the direct
requests are satisfied.

So - will YOU be one of the first to enjoy the holiday and break the massive
K3C pileups this weekend?
