[The Daily DX] Vol. 10 No. 237 - December 19, 2006

WA4JTK, Alan Strauss, passed away on Sunday December 17th reports his
daughter Eileen Burkholder.  He had been suffering from bone cancer
for some time.  Alan started the 247 DX Net (http://www.247dx.net/) in
1990.  Over the years he was the QSL manager for several stations
including: 7Z1AC, 8P6ET, 9K2MU, 9Y4SF, FM5GU, VP5VAC, VQ9GB and YI1DZ.
