Subject: [Dx-qsl] Pirate using the ZK3DX callsign.

The NZART QSL Bureau has had queries re ZK3DX - 2006.
NZART Monitoring Service officer now has issued the following:

Hi All, There is a pirate station using the callsign ZK3DX.
he has been operating since the 16th of September and was last heard on the
3rd of December 2006, he is usually around 7000 to 7010 kHz between 0500 and
0700 NZDT
he appears to be an experienced cw operator and claims to be operating from
Nukunonu Atol in the Tokelau Is.

The Tokelau Administration has not issued this callsign nor have they heard
of any amateur operating from these Islands.

This callsign is being used illegally.

Merry Xmas, Len ZL1BYA, NZART Monitoring Service.
